RFID tag

Owners will have their tag detailed registered to allow access this will be the same tag that is used globally for the traffic management.

RFID readers

Each enter and exit point will an RFID reader that detects the Tag and forward its data the backend system.

Go+ Solution

The central software that has the access list and info which give access to registered owners and prevent unauthorized access.

Compound Management Software

An interface which allows the management to view and monitor entering and exiting activities. Also this includes a reporting and statics tool that helps display all soft of statistics needed over any period of time.

GO+ App

This application directly syncs with the backend and allows users to view their registration status it also allows owners to send invitations for their guests and visitors.

QR Invitation system

If an owner sent an invitation to a guest, the guest will receive a QR code (over their GO+ app or email) which they can use at the gates QR scanners to enter the compound.

GO+ Access Control Operational Flow:

The systems rely on RFID readers at the entry point to detect RFID tag.
The system will pull the data of the vehicle and check for access privileges.
The facility will be notified over their management interface also developed by Go Plus of the car and owner data along with a time stamp of entry or exit.
In the case of a guest the QR code will be scanned on entry and directly expires from the system, and then a secondary exit QR code will be sent to the guest to be able to exit the facility.
